This role requires assisting taxpayers with diverse inquiries, calculating tax requirements, and processing payment arrangements. You will also promote CRA services and work at a desk for extended periods. Key Responsibilities:
Address inquiries related to tax matters and CRA programs
Perform calculations for tax requirements and entitlements
