The Olympic Supercenter is looking to hire an Office Manager to work in a rapid paced dealership.

As the Office Manager you will report directly to the brand manager and will provide them with administrative support and coordinate the workflow. The successful candidate will have similar high profile experience and exceptional communication skills. They will also be detail orientated, organized, hardworking, and eager to learn and develop their skills.

The Role:
Answering telephones in a prompt & professional manner; transfer incoming calls to appropriate parties or voicemail
Meeting and greeting guests and clients
Maintaining reception area, ensuring a tidy & organized appearance at all times
Relief coverage for office support staff
Generating reports using Microsoft Excel
Managing and auditing vehicle inventory weekly
Assist Dealer Principal with emails, memo’s, faxes
Assist Sales Managers with all aspects of vehicle purchases
Ensure vehicles are registered at all times
Confidentiality and discretion are essential in this role

The Ideal Candidate:
At least three (3)



years in a senior Administrative role
Pleasant personality and professional image
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Legal and accounting experience would be an asset but not required
Ability to multi-task
Have exceptional organizational, time management and administrative skills
Understand the importance of accuracy and attention to detail
Be able to work in a rapid-paced environment
Reliable and dependable
Detail oriented with the ability to work both independently and in a team
Ability to prioritize work
A results-oriented personality with the ability to take initiative
