As part of the Thriving Together Poverty Reduction Action Plan, the United Way of PEI will introduce the 211 helpline and website, providing around-the-clock assistance.
This system will serve as a crucial resource for individuals navigating the complex array of available human services in Prince Edward Island. Key Responsibilities:
Implement and manage the 211 service system in PEI
Develop a comprehensive directory of community services
Coordinate with provincial government for funding and support
Enhance service delivery for vulnerable populations
