As our Strathroy location operates as both a dry-cleaning depot and coin laundry, this role involves a variety of responsibilities and requires someone who can work independently and manage their time effectively.
Responsibilities include:
Providing exceptional customer service to all customers
Tagging and processing dry-cleaning orders using our POS system
Handling cash and debit transactions accurately
Assisting customers with the use of laundry equipment
Maintaining a clean and welcoming store workplace
Performing regular cleaning duties throughout the day
Keeping work areas organized and ensuring attention to detail in all tasks
Managing multiple responsibilities and prioritizing tasks efficiently
