Job Overview RAILWAY CHAI HOUSE “ is looking to hire smart, outgoing Employees for the position of Line Cook position with Cashier Abilities who have excellent communication skills for our Main & Bovaid Location.

Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients for menu items
Ensure food safety standards are met at all times
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate orders

-Full Understanding of the Menu and able to communicate /explain options passionately to customers.

-Upsell Customers with Add On.

-Manage Online Orders and Rush Hours.

-Solid organizations skills and able to communicate with Kitchen on Orders.

-Past experience in making CHAI, Sandwiches,Wraps,Platters etc.

-Able to do Timely Preps, Safe Food Handling ,Refills & Inventory.

-Ensuring clean workplace at all times.

-Must be very punctual, reliable, hard working, willing to learn,



and must speak English.

-Candidate must be available for at least 4 weekdays & weekends.

-Prior Restaurant experience will be a plus point.

-Other duties as required.

Qualifications
Previous experience in food service or a restaurant kitchen
Knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques
Understanding of food safety guidelines
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
Strong teamwork and communication skills
