Job Overview
Welbec Properties is seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a diverse skill set in facilities maintenance and repair, with a solid emphasis on apartment renovations. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and as part of a team, ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. The Handyman will be responsible for maintaining the functionality and appearance of two low rise apartment buildings.

Responsibilities
Renovate apartment upon unit turnover
Perform general maintenance and repairs on various systems, including plumbing and electrical.
Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities.
Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify issues and perform necessary repairs.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
Landscaping and exterior groundskeeping




Provide excellent customer service by addressing Tenant concerns promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.
Maintain tools and equipment in positive working condition.

Requirements
Previous renovation experience
Basic electrical and plumbing experience for changing electrical outlets, toilets, and vanities.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Must have valid BC drivers license
