Role Summary

FIEL is looking for a highly resourceful, AI-first professional to help build and manage our digital commerce ecosystem. This is a hands-on execution role working directly with the CEO to improve our Shopify store, product data, AI-generated content, email marketing, and social media presence. We're looking for someone who loves learning new technology, solving problems independently, and using AI to work smarter—not harder.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain our Shopify product catalog, ensuring accurate product data and organization.
Clean, organize, and manipulate product data using Excel for imports, exports, and bulk updates.
Create high-quality product images using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Canva.
Write and optimize product descriptions, titles, SEO metadata, and marketing copy using AI.
Coordinate with third-party vendors managing Shopify integrations with ASI, SAGE, DistributorCentral, and other industry platforms.
Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media content.
Build and execute email marketing campaigns using Shopify Email, Klaviyo, or similar platforms.
Continuously research and implement new AI tools and automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
Monitor website quality, identify issues,



and recommend improvements.
Assist with digital marketing initiatives and special projects as the company grows.
Qualifications

Required
2–5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related role.
Strong Shopify experience.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms.
Experience with Canva or other graphic design software.
Excellent written English and attention to detail.
Highly organized with exceptional follow-through.
Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to learn recent software independently.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial workplace.

Preferred
Experience with Klaviyo or Shopify Email.
Basic SEO knowledge.
Experience with Google Analytics or Shopify Analytics.
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
Experience with automation tools such as Zapier or Make.
Familiarity with promotional products or wholesale e-commerce is an asset.
