Optical (prescription eyewear) and retail management experience is required.
What You'll Do
Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day operation of the store.
Assist with sales, eye exam scheduling, inventory control, and team coordination.
Help monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment with head office, and participate in regular inventory audits.
Ensure the store's appearance, cleanliness, and product displays meet company standards.
Provide leadership, coaching, and support to team members to help create a positive customer experience.
Deliver professional, friendly, and personalized customer service.
Assist customers with frame selection and eyewear purchases.
Handle sales transactions and payment processing.
Perform administrative duties and support store reporting requirements.
What We're Looking For
A passion for customer service and solid interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in optical retail or vision care is required.
Prior retail supervisory or management experience.
An interest in fashion and helping customers feel confident in their eyewear choices.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
