We are seeking a Licensed Automotive Service Technician to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance. Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair automotive systems using mechanical knowledge, schematics, and diagnostic tools
Perform maintenance on vehicles including oil changes, brake repairs, engine diagnostics, transmission repairs and electrical troubleshooting
Conduct vehicle inspections to identify safety concerns and recommend necessary repairs.
Perform warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and dealership policies.
Follow safety protocols during heavy lifting and operation of heavy equipment to ensure a safe work environment
Assist with the assembly, installation,



or removal of mechanical components as needed
Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance procedures clearly to clients
Adhere to dealership quality standards and customer satisfaction goals.
Inspect and maintain shop equipment and tools, reporting any defects or maintenance needs.
Meet productivity, efficiency, and quality performance targets established by the dealership.

Requirements
Automotive Service Technician certification is required
Proven experience as an automotive mechanic or service technician; dealership experience is a plus
Hands-on experience with automotive repair, electrical systems and heavy equipment operation
Solid problem-solving skills with attention to detail in diagnostics and repairs
Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various environmental conditions
Excellent communication skills for customer interactions and team collaboration
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record preferred

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
