Still Feather Ranch Ltd. is seeking an experienced Skid Steer Operator to join our team as a subcontractor. We are looking for a reliable, experienced operator who takes pride in producing high-quality work and can work independently with minimal supervision.
Pay:
$35.00–$40.00 per hour (based on experience)
40 Hours per week

Responsibilities
Operate skid steer equipment safely and efficiently.
Perform fine grading and final grade work to a high standard.
Work confidently in tight spaces.
Complete site preparation, backfilling, and material handling.
Read grades and maintain proper elevations.
Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
Follow all site safety requirements and company procedures.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and other crew members.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of skid steer operating experience (required).
Experience with fine grading and finish grading
Working in tight spaces around buildings, utilities, and existing structures
Landscaping and civil site work
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions on site.
Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
This is a sub-contractor position and you must have minimum 5 years experience
