Advance your career as an Assistant Professor in the Division of Respiratory Medicine at the Jewish General Hospital. This full time role balances clinical work, teaching, and scholarship responsibilities. As a Clinician-Teacher or Clinician-Educator, you'll spend 65% of your time on clinical duties at the Jewish General and Mt.
Sinai
Hospitals, 25% on teaching, and 10% on research. The successful candidate will oversee outpatient airway clinics and participate in pulmonary rehabilitation. Additionally, you will supervise trainees and engage in academic and administrative activities that support equity and diversity. Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical consultations at the Division’s outpatient centres
Manage chronic cough and severe pulmonary cases
Lead didactic and clinical teaching sessions
Supervise trainees and contribute to research activities
Participate in quality improvement and administrative functions Requirements:
Medical Doctor with subspecialty training in Adult Respirology
Certification from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada
Eligible for licensure in Quebec
Bilingual French and English skills preferred
