Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Provide comprehensive customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues, and guiding clients through processes with clarity and patience.
Assist customers with sales opportunities by identifying needs and promoting suitable products or services.
Enter data accurately into our systems, maintaining detailed records of interactions, transactions, and client information using Microsoft Office tools and other software.
Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests,



gather feedback, or promote new offerings.
Manage cash handling responsibilities when necessary, ensuring accuracy during transactions.
Collaborate with team members to analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities for service improvements.

Requirements
Proven experience in call center environments or customer support roles is advantageous.
Strong sales aptitude with the ability to upsell or cross-sell products naturally during interactions.
Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency is a plus.
Knowledge of customer service best practices including call etiquette and active listening techniques.
Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
