Position Summary:

The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and guest service in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. This role plays a key part in delivering a clean, comfortable, and welcoming setting for all hotel guests.

Key Responsibilities:
Clean and service assigned guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to hotel standards.
Change bed linens and replace used towels and amenities.
Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all required areas.
Replenish guest room supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and towels.
Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost & found items to the supervisor promptly.
Follow proper procedures for key control and security.
Ensure carts and storage areas are clean and well-stocked.
Maintain a friendly, courteous, and qualified attitude with guests and colleagues.
Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation policies and procedures.

Qualifications:




Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel or similar environment preferred.
Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness standards.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Physically fit and capable of lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.

Working Conditions:
May involve standing or walking for long periods.
Exposure to cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Fast-paced environment; may involve repetitive tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
