Join our team as a Behavioral Consultant/Mental Health Clinician, focusing on providing case management and counseling services to clients facing developmental disabilities and psychiatric disorders. Engage in impactful outreach work within the community. In this role, you will provide crucial behavioral intervention and counseling services under the direction of the Team Coordinator.
You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to assess and support clients, ensuring they receive comprehensive care throughout their journey.
Your role will involve facilitating process evaluations for continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
Perform detailed functional assessments and data analysis
Create and implement individualized behavioral intervention plans
Collaborate in psychiatric assessments and track client progress
Attend and participate in necessary meetings and case discussions
Assist with program development and resource coordination Requirements:
Master’s Degree in a relevant health-related discipline
Two years' experience in behavioral support for mental illness
Eligible for qualified association registration
Valid Class V BC Driver’s License
Solid analytical, organizational, and communication skills Use your skills to foster better outcomes for clients in need.
