We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, ensuring a welcoming workplace for guests and residents. This role is essential in providing high-quality custodial services that meet the standards of hospitality and cleanliness.
Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, hallways, and common areas.
Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch surfaces to ensure guest safety.
Replace linens, towels, and toiletries as needed to enhance guest comfort.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations.
Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and report shortages as necessary.
Qualifications
Previous experience in custodial or industrial cleaning is preferred but not required.
Experience in hospitality or hotel environments is a plus.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently.
Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated time frames.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed during cleaning tasks.
Positive communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
