RM Trailer Ltd. delivers excellence in the design and building of specialized mobile units in our Abbotsford manufacturing facility.

We have an immediate need for an exceptional cabinet builder and installer. The individual we seek will have a proven track record building cabinetry and installation; proficient results using solid surface and the willingness to do additional finishing carpentry tasks.

Scope of Role

Read drawings to construct various cabinetry boxes, drawers, doors, gables and countertops and installation of same. Proficient use with laminate for both cabinets and interior walls; willingness to install moldings, plywood sheets on walls, ceiling and floors would be considered an asset.

Key Role Accountabilities

· Robust aptitude to read and interpret drawings and execute accordingly

· Understands the need to potentially learn and follow proven manufacturing processes

· Meticulous in your measures and cuts ~ imperial measurements

· Proficient use of panel saw is a requirement, edge bander and mitre saw





· Experience with installation of cabinetry and applicable hardware

· Proficient working with various types of materials including laminate

· Prepare plywood and laminate sheets for interior floor, ceiling and wall installation

The position offered is full time | 40 hours per week | Monday through Friday | 7am to 3:30pm which includes a 30 minute unpaid lunch break and 2 paid 15 minute breaks.
