We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Assistant Manager for Footwear & Clothing to join our retail team. Responsibilities
Lead daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning of footwear and clothing sections while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Supervise and motivate sales associates, providing coaching, training, and development to enhance team performance.
Manage merchandising efforts by organizing product displays, implementing pricing strategies, and ensuring stock availability aligned with sales goals.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for sales transactions, cash handling, and reporting accurately.





Qualifications
Proven supervisory or team management experience within retail environments, especially in footwear or apparel sectors.
Robust knowledge of retail sales techniques, merchandising principles, and inventory control.
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrated proficiency in POS systems, cash handling, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks.
Ability to lead training & development programs while fostering a positive team environment.
Organizational skills with a keen eye for detail in budgeting, time management, and store operations.
Experience with customer service excellence, and phone etiquette is highly valued.
