We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Prep Cook to join our culinary team. Duties
Prepare ingredients by washing, peeling, chopping, and measuring to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Assist in cooking and assembling dishes according to recipes and presentation standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, utensils, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations
Support food handling procedures to ensure proper storage and freshness of ingredients
Serve food efficiently during busy service periods, ensuring timely delivery to customers
Follow all health and safety guidelines to uphold sanitation standards within the kitchen




Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests

Skills
Experience in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within a restaurant or food service setting
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper kitchen hygiene
Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours
Solid attention to detail in meal preparation and presentation
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
Familiarity with the food industry standards for serving, meal preparation, and food safety regulations

Pay: $18.25-$22.00 per hour
