Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, following standard recipes and safety guidelines
Take food orders accurately, communicate effectively with kitchen staff, and deliver meals promptly to guests
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the bar and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations
Handle cash transactions efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, including cash handling and cashiering duties
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service for all guests
Assist in food preparation tasks when needed, supporting kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
Experience
Prior food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred
Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms is advantageous
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest satisfaction
Knowledge of food handling procedures, sanitation practices, and food safety standards
Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and order calculations accurately
Experience in serving or bartending roles that demonstrate excellent guest interaction skills
Basic kitchen experience or understanding of food preparation processes is a plus
