Opening Shift Catering Cook / Kitchen Team Supervisor

Casalinga Catering Company is looking for a reliable, experienced, and energetic team member to join our growing catering operation.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday
5:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Occasional earlier start times may be required depending on catering functions and event schedules.

About the Role

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a quick-paced kitchen environment and takes pride in producing high-quality food for corporate events, weddings, conferences, and special occasions.

Responsibilities
Prepare and assemble catering orders
Follow prep lists and production schedules
Maintain food quality and presentation standards
Package and label catering orders accurately
Assist with loading catering deliveries
Ensure kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards are maintained
Work efficiently to meet strict deadlines
Support the catering and production team as needed

Requirements
Previous catering experience is required
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation




Transit is not available during our early start times
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Food Secure certification is an asset
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Punctual and dependable
