The Christian

Educators of British Columbia seeks a part time Associate Executive Director championing the vision of Christian education. In this growing role, you will work alongside the Executive Director and Board to implement key service initiatives. Your experience in leadership and understanding of the unique context of Christian education will drive positive change. Key Responsibilities:
Attend and coordinate convention planning meetings
Oversee operational roles, such as Director of InspirED
Organize and maintain cohort programs and databases
Oversee cross-cultural experiences and reports
Solicit and highlight contributions for the Christian Educator’s Journal Requirements:
Master’s degree in Educational Leadership or relevant experience
At least 5 years in leadership roles
Certified teacher in British Columbia
Proficient experience in independent Christian schools
Willingness to travel for events and initiatives Use your skills in leadership and service to impact educators positively across British Columbia.
