Position Summary





The Tim Hortons Shift Supervisor position is operational in nature and involves the supervision of team member activities on shift to ensure that standards around people, product, cleanliness, and Exceptional Guest Experience are fulfilled.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise team members during shifts.
Maintain standards for people, product, cleanliness, and guest experience.
Ensure compliance with Tim Hortons standards.
Provide team members with training and support through the Management Training Program.

Qualifications & Requirements
Applicant must be reliable and available for full shifts on four or more consecutive days.
Rates dependent on availability and experience.
Ability to accept, promote and maintain Tim Hortons strict standards.
Food Service Experience * Supervisory Experience.
