Location: Montréal, Québec, Canada
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: 47,200 – 66,600 CAD (base only)
Responsibilities
Provide support to one or more account directors in the SBME and SBGE segments.
Offer a superior client experience, foster profitable business growth, and meet key targets.
Assist account relationships managers and credit administrative analysts.
Identify potential sales opportunities during client interactions and internal tasks.
Help establish new client relationships and deepen existing ones.
Cross‑sell products and services to existing and recent clients to maximize revenue and profit while reinforcing loyalty.
Actively use CARMA for client management.
Recommend clients to banking partners and follow up on partner recommendations.
Facilitate investment requests between clients and exchange desk as needed.
Administer credit efficiently within the unit and in coordination with other TD bank services.
Obtain necessary credit supporting documents and prepare follow‑up letters and default notices.
Support credit administration groups by entering credits, making payments, issuing credit lines, and other related tasks.
Qualifications
Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Experience in customer service and banking environment is an asset.
