Coordinate with EMS Supervisors on patient transport




Direct nursing teams while promoting quality care
Drive zone escalation protocols during flow bottlenecks
Monitor system flow and take corrective measures Requirements:
Completion of accredited nursing education
Eligibility for College of Registered Nurses of Alberta registration
Minimum 3 years of acute care experience
Previous charge or leadership experience
