We are seeking a dedicated Food Runner to join our team. As a Food Runner, you will be responsible for delivering food orders from the kitchen to customers in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Duties
Deliver food orders to customers efficiently and accurately
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure all orders are complete
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area
Provide excellent customer service by addressing any customer inquiries or special requests promptly
Support the waitstaff as needed to enhance the overall dining experience
Requirements
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
Knowledge of food handling procedures is a plus
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and helpful attitude
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
Willingness to assist in various tasks within the food service industry
