Role Overview

As a Service Advisor, you will be the face of the business, responsible for building trust with customers, explaining repairs clearly, and ensuring a smooth service experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and understand their vehicle concerns
Recommend services and repairs based on technician findings
Provide clear, honest estimates and timelines
Manage appointments and workflow for the shop
Communicate updates to customers throughout the service process
Upsell maintenance services (tires, brakes, alignments, etc.)
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business

What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as a Service Advisor (automotive preferred)




Strong communication and customer service skills
Sales-driven mindset with integrity
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic automotive knowledge (ADAS knowledge is a plus)
