Responsibilities
Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting materials, tools, and equipment around the job site
Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing, and setting up necessary supplies or safety barriers
Support skilled tradespeople by handing tools, holding materials, or performing basic tasks as directed
Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
Perform general site cleanup to ensure a tidy and hazard-free workspace
Operate basic machinery or equipment under supervision,



such as forklifts or power tools when qualified
Contribute to the overall progress of projects by completing assigned manual tasks efficiently and accurately

Qualifications
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
Positive communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly
Prior experience in construction, landscaping, manufacturing, or related fields is a plus but not required
Knowledge of safety procedures and willingness to adhere strictly to safety guidelines
Basic understanding of tools and equipment used in manual labor roles is advantageous
Must be reliable with dependable attendance and punctuality

Pay: $16.15-$28.12 per hour
