Responsibilities
Process and monitor customer orders from start to completion
Coordinate shipments and communicate with warehouses, suppliers, and carriers
Manage dropshipping orders and ensure timely fulfillment
Provide updates and support to customers regarding order status and delivery inquiries
Resolve order-related issues professionally and efficiently
Maintain accurate records, data entry, and documentation
Assist with other logistics and administrative tasks as required

Qualifications
Previous experience in dropshipping/order fulfillment is required




Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written)
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Patient, adaptable, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
Ability to communicate effectively in English; Mandarin is an asset
