Carpenter / Equipment Operator – Multi-Family Wood Frame Construction

We are seeking an experienced Carpenter / Equipment Operator to join our team on two active multi-family wood-frame construction projects in the North Edmonton area.

This is a hands-on position that requires a solid work ethic, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and experience in both carpentry and equipment operation.

Responsibilities:
Operate a telehandler safely and efficiently.
Perform back framing and general framing duties.
Complete framing quality checks to ensure work meets specifications.
Conduct material take-offs and assist with inventory management.
Perform pre-pour inspections to ensure sites are ready for concrete placement.
Receive, unload, and organize material deliveries.
Assist with general site operations and support the construction team as needed.





Qualifications:
Previous experience in multi-family wood-frame construction.
Proven telehandler operating experience.
Solid understanding of framing methods and construction drawings.
Ability to work in a physically demanding, hands-on workplace.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
Reliable transportation to job sites in North Edmonton.

Compensation:
CA$35–$40 per hour, depending on experience.
