Duties
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day spa operations
Manage scheduling, client relations, and inventory
Lead and support a team of massage therapists and front desk staff
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer care
Collaborate on marketing, promotions, and service development
Therapist Duties:
Perform high-quality treatment
Build solid client relationships and treatment plans
Uphold hygiene and safety standards
Recommend products and services to clients
Manage scheduling, client relations, and inventory
Lead and support a team of massage therapists and front desk staff
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer care
Collaborate on marketing, promotions, and service development
Requirements
Licensed Therapist (Required)
Previous spa or wellness management experience (Preferred)
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Passionate about wellness and delivering outstanding customer service
