About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support our logistics and transportation operations. The ideal candidate will analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide data-driven insights to enhance operational efficiency across freight, warehousing, and transportation.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze operational data and prepare KPI reports and dashboards.
Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Gather business requirements and work with stakeholders to implement solutions.
Support CargoWise, TMS, and other operational systems through testing and process enhancements.
Analyze pricing, lane profitability, and transportation performance.
Develop reports using Excel and Power BI for management decision-making.
Assist with warehouse, trucking, and freight operations analysis.
Document business processes and recommend best practices.




Support cross-functional teams including Operations, Sales, Warehouse, and Finance.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in logistics, transportation, or supply chain.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Power BI experience is an asset.
Experience with CargoWise or other TMS/WMS platforms is preferred.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
