Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and consistency
Operate POS (Point of Sale) system Toast for in person and online orders
Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders efficiently, and addressing inquiries promptly
Maintain cleanliness and organization of all barista and bartender stations, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met
Manage cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change
Follow all food and liquor service safety protocols related to food handling, storage,



and sanitation to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff

Skills
Previous barista experience with knowledge of coffee brewing techniques is an asset
Proficiency with POS systems for effective cashiering and order management
Robust time management and adaptive skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
Basic math skills for cash handling, bill splitting, and inventory counting
Knowledge of food safety practices related to food handling and sanitation standards

Certifications
Must hold valid Food Handler’s Certification
Must hold valid Smart Serve Certification

Availability
Early mornings, afternoons and weekends
Not suitable for high school students

Pay: From $17.75 per hour
