Promote the organization's vision and values
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
Provide day-to-day leadership to nursing staff

Collaborate on IPAC program readiness and improvement Requirements:
Current Registered Nurse credentials in Ontario
Minimum of two years' managerial experience in long-term care
Comprehensive knowledge of clinical practices
Proficiency in electronic health records
