Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS for smooth transactions
Handle cash, process payments accurately, and manage cash handling procedures
Assist with food preparation and food handling to ensure safety and quality standards are met
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food prep stations and dining spaces




Support food service operations by serving food items efficiently and ensuring timely delivery to customers

Skills
Previous barista experience or familiarity with coffee-making techniques is highly desirable
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Proficiency in using POS systems such as Micros POS for transactions
Excellent time management abilities to handle busy periods effectively
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Basic math skills for cash handling, giving correct change, and managing sales totals
Experience in serving, food preparation, and general food industry practices is a plus
