Duties
Perform haircuts, styling, coloring, and grooming services tailored to client preferences
Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable styles or treatments
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all workstations and tools
Upsell retail products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and processing payments
Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent communication and personalized service
Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and industry best practices
Ensure a welcoming atmosphere by providing friendly and professional customer service
