Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive cleaner to become an integral part of our team. As a Cleaner you are responsible for ensuring the impeccable upkeep of our facilities. With Cressey’s dedication to quality top of mind, this role plays a vital part in creating a safe, clean, and comfortable setting for our tenants, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, living areas, decks, and patios in unoccupied apartments.
Utilize vacuuming and/or washing techniques to clean all floor surfaces effectively.
Wash walls, windows, doors, cabinets, and cupboards to maintain a pristine setting.
Ensure cleanliness of appliances, sinks, showers/tubs, and toilets.
Execute dusting and polishing tasks to enhance the appearance of surfaces.




Maintain cleanliness in all common areas of the property.
Uphold safety standards in common areas and adhere to Cascadia's Health and Safety protocols.
Provide cleaning coverage during holidays at other buildings and offer support for other roles as needed at the assigned building.
Fulfill any additional cleaning duties assigned to uphold the cleanliness standards of the property's apartments and common areas.
Perform other related duties, as required.

Skills and Qualifications
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Proactive problem solver with a positive attitude.
Team player who can collaborate with colleagues and residents.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
