St. Joseph’s Health Centre seeks a visionary Chief Quality and Risk Officer to lead quality improvement initiatives and enhance patient safety. This energetic role focuses on strategic leadership and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
As the senior leader responsible for quality, risk management, and performance excellence, you'll collaborate with various stakeholders to drive key initiatives. Your leadership will help improve patient outcomes and ensure the organization meets regulatory standards through a robust risk framework and data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities:
Lead development of the Quality, Risk, and Patient Safety Strategy
Oversee annual Quality Improvement Plan and organizational indicators
Champion continuous improvement using evidence-based methodologies
Ensure compliance with legislation and regulatory requirements
Promote patient safety and incident management systems Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a health-related discipline
Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership experience
Expertise in healthcare quality and risk management
Robust analytical and decision-making abilities
