Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
Take food and drink orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
Provide friendly, attentive service to all guests, addressing their needs promptly and professionally
Handle cash transactions with precision, including cashiering and cash handling duties
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tables, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards
Assist in food handling, serving, and delivering orders efficiently to ensure timely service
Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple tables while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels
Qualifications
Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Strong customer service skills with a welcoming attitude and excellent communication abilities
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, making change, and order calculations
Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours
Experience with cashiering, serving, or food industry roles is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidates
