Kavita Restaurant | Vancouver, BC

Kavita is a contemporary regional Indian restaurant offering a chef-driven tasting menu and one of Vancouver's most exciting dining experiences. We are looking for a warm, energetic, and detail-oriented team member to join our Front of House as a Hostess / Server Assistant / Food Runner.

Duties:
Welcome and seat guests with genuine hospitality.
Manage reservations and guest flow using OpenTable.
Assist servers throughout service.
Deliver food promptly while confidently describing dishes.
Clear, reset, and maintain tables to a high standard.
Refill water and assist with guest requests.
Support opening, closing, and daily side duties.
Help maintain a clean, organized, and polished dining room.

Skills:
Positive attitude and robust work ethic.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.




Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standard restaurant.
Skilled appearance and attention to detail.
Weekend and evening availability is required.
Previous restaurant experience is an asset but not required—we're happy to train the right candidate.
