Responsibilities
Operate various painting tools and equipment, and hand tools safely for surface preparation and painting tasks
Apply paint using spray guns, brushes, or rollers with precision to meet specified standards and deadlines
Maintain a clean work area by organizing tools, disposing of waste properly, and adhering to safety protocols
Conduct routine inspections of painted surfaces for quality control, touch up as needed
Follow lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow efficiency and reduce waste throughout the painting process

Requirements




Proven experience in industrial painting, line painting, or manufacturing environments preferred
Mechanical knowledge with familiarity of assembly and use of hand tools and paint tools and equipment
Ability to interpret basic math for measurements, calculations, and quality checking your work
Strong understanding of safety procedures related to painting, machinery operation, and warehouse settings
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a quick-paced setting with attention to detail

Pay: $20.00-$22.50 per hour
