Enhance product quality at EnerSys as an Advanced Quality Engineer. This role focuses on leading SQA activities and embedded systems quality throughout product development. In this vital position, you'll report to the EnerSys Energy Systems group, leveraging your skills to improve the quality of solutions in various technology sectors.

You'll guide teams in executing Quality Plans and utilizing best practices to mitigate risks associated with recent products. This role requires a detailed understanding of quality methodologies and a hands-on approach to quality assurance. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct project-specific software quality assurance
Manage PPAP documentation for production transition
Facilitate structured problem-solving activities




Support product validation as per internal standards
Represent the Quality function in project meetings Requirements:
Experience in Software Engineering or Quality roles
Solid understanding of quality tools and methodologies
Familiarity with embedded systems and development risks
Experience with ASPICE or maturity models preferred
Knowledge of cybersecurity standards is a plus Promote quality in every aspect of energy solutions development at EnerSys while ensuring project compliance and effectiveness.
