In this role as a luxury sales associate, you’ll be responsible for meeting and communicating with existing and new customers on a daily basis. You’ll need to be knowledgeable about in-stock and incoming inventory available for sale. Communication skills via phone, in person, email, and text are all vital, along with strong attention to detail. You’ll have strong customer relation skills, knowing that cold calling and following up with your customer base is vastly significant, ensuring all questions are answered and building and maintaining relationships.
