Overview
As part of the Production team, the Industrial Engineering Specialist defines the workplace organization route map of equipment/installations and the recent plants' technological system in terms of workplace organization in line with product development and the factory master plan.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analysis of workstation ergonomics
Subdivision of the work phases on the manufacturing floor.
Identification of cycle time.
Coordination of activities related to the analysis of feeding components and OPL/SOP creation.
Coordination of activities related to the necessary tools for the feeding components and assemblage.
Reduction of NVAA and unbalancing
Coordination of material organization on the line side
Assess productive efficiency.
Leading the process design for logistics case
TECHNICAL EXPERTISE:
Post-secondary education within technical fields or Engineering
Previous experience using SAP is considered an asset.
Previous knowledge and experience in the manufacturing setting
Analysis and good decision-making skills
Valuable organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills
Ability to work well independently and within a team.
Pay: $53,345.70-$72,000.00 per year
