Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Helper and Team Member to support our culinary team in delivering high-quality food service. This role involves assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, excellent food handling skills, and a team-oriented attitude to contribute to a positive dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
Assist with food preparation and meal assembly according to recipes and standards
Support cooking activities under the supervision of chefs or kitchen managers
Handle food safely and maintain proper hygiene practices at all times
Serve food to customers or assist in serving meals in a timely manner
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing supplies
Help with inventory management by restocking ingredients and utensils as needed
Follow all food safety regulations and health guidelines to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests




Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations

Requirements
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and basic meal preparation techniques
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong teamwork skills and positive communication abilities
Flexibility to work various shifts including busy meal times
A positive attitude and willingness to support team members in all aspects of kitchen operations

Pay: $18.25-$19.00 per hour
