Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server/Busser and kitchen helper to join our agile restaurant team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a clean and welcoming dining environment, and supporting the overall operation of the restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, excellent communication skills, and experience in hospitality or food service. Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements
Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Clear tables promptly and maintain cleanliness in dining areas
Assist servers with delivering food and beverages to tables as needed
Ensure all dining areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies




Handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
Support kitchen staff with basic tasks when required
Maintain excellent customer service by addressing guest needs courteously
Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas before and after shifts

Requirements
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality is preferred but not required
Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds as needed
Reliable team player with a positive attitude
Willingness to learn recent skills and adapt to changing needs of the restaurant workplace

Pay: From $18.75 per hour
