Title: FOH Staff

Work Location: 1135 Austin Ave, Coquitlam, 6848 Jubilee Ave, Burnaby

Wage: $18.25/hour (dependent upon experience)

Terms of Employment: Full-time or Part-Time, Permanent

Positions Available: 2

Job Duties:
Preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
Taking customer orders and provide exceptional customer service.
Maintaining regular attendance and punctuality.
Serve food and beverages.
Clean tables and keep the dining area tidy.
Operating POS and handling cash transactions accurately.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar.
Collaborating with team members to ensure effective operations.





Job Requirements:
Previous experience in the coffee industry is preferred
Familiarity with cash handling procedures and using a point-of-sale (POS) system is a plus
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
Adaptable to work on evening, weekends and holidays
