We are seeking a skilled and passionate Italian Cuisine Chef to join our culinary team at Pasquale's Italian restaurant . As an integral part of our kitchen, you will be responsiblefor creating dishes that consistently meet our high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilties
Menu Development: Collaborate with the head chef to create and update the Italian menu, ensuring a balance of traditional and creative dishes that showcase the richess of Italian cuisine.
Food Preparation: Execute the preparation and cooking of Italian dishes with precision, using fresh, high-quality ingredients to deliver exceptional flavor and presentation.
Quality Control: Maintain strict quality control measures to uphold the restaurant's standards, ensuring that every dish leaving the kitchen reflects the authenticity and excellence of Italian culinary traditions.
Kitchen Management: Oversee daily kitchen operations, including supervising kitchen staff, managing inventory, and sanitation and safety standards.
Training and Development: Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment,



while continuously enhancing culinary skills and knowledge.
Creativity and Innovation: Bring creativity and innovation to the kitchen, exploring new cooking techniques, flavours, and presentation styles to keep the menu fresh and exciting for our guests.

Qualifications Proven experience as a Chef specializing in Italian cuisine or other

Extensive knowledge of Italian culinary traditions or other , ingredients, and regional variations.

Culinary degree or equivalent certification or Over 3 years Experience commercial kitchen

Solid leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work in a quick-paced setting and adapt to changing priorities.

Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high- quality standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
