Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your ability to multitask and manage time effectively will be crucial in delivering an outstanding experience.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware and utensils.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock.
Adhere to food safety and handling regulations to ensure a safe setting for both staff and customers.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when applicable.
Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and promotions to enhance guest experiences.
Requirements
Proven experience in bartending or a similar role within the food service industry is preferred.
Strong time management skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
A passion for mixology and willingness to learn new techniques is a plus.
