Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries, ensuring a positive interaction at all times
Manage customer data using databases, accurately entering and updating information through efficient typing and data entry skills
Collect relevant data through research and direct communication to support customer needs and improve service quality
Respond promptly to customer questions via phone, email, or in-person, demonstrating excellent communication skills
Support team members by maintaining organized files and updating databases regularly




Assist with basic administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and preparing written reports or summaries

Qualifications
Solid communication skills with the ability to listen actively and convey information clearly
Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with databases, data entry software, and basic office applications
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately
Ability to type quickly and accurately to support data entry needs
Basic research skills to gather information as needed for customer inquiries or internal reports
Demonstrated customer service experience or a friendly attitude focused on helping others is highly valued
