Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate has a solid background in food preparation, a passion for quality cuisine, and the ability to thrive in a rapid-paced restaurant setting. As an Experienced Cook, you will play a key role in preparing delicious meals, maintaining kitchen efficiency, and helping to deliver an outstanding dining experience to every guest.

Responsibilities
Prepare, cook, and plate menu items consistently according to established recipes and quality standards
Manage multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
Operate kitchen equipment safely, including grills, fryers, ovens, and prep tools
Ensure proper food handling, storage, and rotation in line with food safety regulations
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of work stations, the kitchen, and the storage areas




Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to the kitchen manager
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service during peak hours
Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff when needed
Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as a cook in a restaurant or commercial kitchen
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and food safety standards
Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
Excellent time management and multitasking skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Food handler's certification preferred
Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Pay: $25.00-$29.00 per hour
